Keepmoat Regeneration has an approach to working with partners, both public and private sector, developed over more than 25 years.
Our projects range from wholescale housing-led regeneration of large mono-tenure housing and smaller very locally sensitive infill developments to innovative joint venture and funding solutions in conjunction with public and private sector partners.
We have a deep understanding of our partners’ local economic and social goals, placing shared vision and values at the heart of what we do and setting these priorities above contractual terms and costs.
Keepmoat Regeneration works alongside its partners to deliver their ambitions by combining its experience, expertise and broad national capabilities with strong local knowledge to deliver tailor-made solutions.
Plus, our vast experience of working with a wide range of public and private sector organisations has helped us to find more effective and efficient ways of working together.
Engaging with and investing in local communities is fundamental to Keepmoat Regeneration. Our mission is to build communities and transform lives and we recognise that this can only be truly delivered through a combination of both physical and socio-economic transformation.
Our approach is to firstly work with local communities and stakeholders to understand the challenges they face and to then collaboratively design and deliver strategies to meet and overcome them. For example, we deliver programmes for improving the local physical environment, work opportunities for local people and supply chain opportunities for local businesses.
The use of this partnership model resulted in the creation of the Sheffield Housing Company, a £295 million joint venture between Sheffield City Council, Great Places Housing Group and Keepmoat Regeneration, and will deliver 2,300 new homes across the city over a ten-year period.
